Product Manager – Global Expansion

We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will take responsibility for expanding our Payment proposition into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between the in-market team and the global engineering team.
• Conduct market research to become the product expert for your designated markets.
• Collaborate with key customers in your markets to understand what they need for success.
• Translate local requirements and customer needs into detailed product specifications aligned with the global platform.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to manage day-to-day activities like retrospectives, refinements, and planning.
• Collaborate with other product teams to adapt services to support market-specific requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration across the organization.
• Prototype, test hypotheses, and optimize product performance.
• Ensure timely execution of milestones to meet market launch targets.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technology company, creating strategic product roadmaps from concept to launch while working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing complex technical requirements, including APIs and platform components.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and broker trade-offs with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
• Hands-on experience working closely with Engineers and Engineering Managers to deliver product solutions.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills.
• A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a drive to make things happen.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in or knowledge of the financial technology domain, including Open Banking/PSD2 and payments products.
