The Position

As an HR Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate with the Group R&D HR Team and Scania counterparts to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Drive strategic projects to enhance organizational performance and support business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve local HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between local business HR teams and the global R&D HR team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  
  
  

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A relevant university degree and experience in driving strategic projects.
• Proficiency in M365 and a keen interest in AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to confidently present to groups.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
