Title: Cybersecurity consultant Anti-Malware/Email & DNS Security

Job description: - Level 2 - Security Consultant Anti-Malware/Email & DNS Security

• Administration and Operations of Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware and Email security infrastructure
• Provisioning of AV/AS and email policies as required by Customer and OEM recommended.
• Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting AV/AS and email security issues
• 10 years of hands-on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure and 4 years of experience in managing AV/AS and email security
• Good knowledge on Multi Factor Authentication in integration with email security solution which provides secure access to corporate emails
• Should have good working experience on McAfee and CrowdStrike EDR solution, Cisco Email & DNS Security solution

Required skills:

• Good hands-on experience on AV/AS, Email & DNS security & MFA technology
• Ensure security policies are configured as per Customer requirement along with OEM recommendation
• Good hands-on experience on email protection policies, incoming and outgoing email flow architecture.
• Good working knowledge on email forwarding, SPF, DKIM and DMARC features
• Good hands-on experience on McAfee and CrowdStrike Anti-Malware & EDR policies and setup
• Experience in device onboarding into Anti-malware and ATP policies
• Knowledge in Endpoint firewall policy implementation & troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:-

• The key responsibility is to manage and administrate core security components like Anti-Malware, EDR, Email and DNS security.
• Monitoring of all services is important to ensure all services are up and running. Faster troubleshooting skill to analyze and provide fix at the earliest to user reported incidents.
