What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To ensuring that security measures are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained to mitigate the organization's risks, support its operational objectives, and protect digital information systems and data from cyber threats.

What We Expect From You?

• To define the network, application, data security architecture according to standards and regulations. To coordinate the planning and implementation of the company's security systems infrastructure and related projects. (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Content Filtering, EDR, XDR, PKI (e-mail & data encryption) DLP, Database security, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Intelligence, Cloud Platforms – CASB - CSPM, VPN),

•To identify and deploy the necessary systems to detect cyber threats and vulnerabilities, to perform regular risk analyzes and to develop risk mitigation measures,

•To define identity management infrastructure and solutions, guaranteeing integration with systems, and coordinating the identity management process,

•To respond to security breaches and incidents, lessons learned, managing post-incident processes including evidence collection, and identifying necessary improvements,

•To carry out regular security audits and penetration tests, to have them done, to follow up the findings,

•To carry out the management of the SIEM platform and to guarantee its effectiveness and sustainability. Determining and managing cyber intelligence service metrics and scope,

•To provide technical consultancy for projects and giving approval of cyber security architecture,

•To define, develop and publish policies, procedures and technical standards in line with cyber security strategies,

•To design the security architecture in accordance with the relevant standards and frameworks in order to ensure the security of Industrial Control Systems, to determine and adapt technical solutions, to establish the necessary processes and procedures to ensure the continuity of operational technologies (OT) security Systems,

•To contribute to the development of the company's information security policies and procedures,

•To define and coordinate cyber incident management. Coordinating with the legal department to the relevant laws and incidents of violations. To monitor incidents and plan the necessary corrective actions to ensure the necessary security. To support the relevant units in forensic analysis,

• To periodically auditing the functionality and effectiveness of security infrastructures through Digital & Information Systems Department KPIs,

•To follow cyber intelligence channels, to prepare and publish the necessary content for the publication of the intelligence obtained within the company,

•To ensure the coordination of the process between third parties and internal resources within the security services provided by external sources, to monitor the effectiveness of the process,

Why You?

• If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering department of universities, or a related field. Preferably with a master's degree,

• If you have at least 5 years of experience in the fields of Information Technologies,

• If you have hands-on experience Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards,

• If you have strong knowledge System security mechanisms, database and cloud security,

• If you have strong knowledge of access control systems and methodologies, security software and hardware (firewall, IDS/IDPS, DLP, URL Filtering, EDR-XDR, CASB, CSPM, attack and vulnerability detection, vulnerability management, etc.),

• If you have understanding of security auditing, risk analysis, telecommunication and network security,

• If you have familiarity with PKI technologies and encryption mechanisms,

• If you have knowledge of business / IT continuity issues,

•If you have excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
