Senior Game Developer

Gleam Games is looking for a Senior Game Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance mobile games. As part of our game development team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing game features while collaborating with designers, artists, and other developers.

This is a global role, requiring collaboration with international teams, and fluency in English is essential for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and high-performance games and features using Unity3D and C#.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to bring ideas to life.
• Optimize game performance, including memory management and graphic pipelines.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in technical planning and decision-making to improve development processes.
• Research and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance game development.
  
  

Technical Requisites:

• Strong command of Unity3D and experience in developing games with it.
• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Solid experience in building scalable systems with high-quality coding.
• Understanding and application of SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of graphic pipelines, rendering, and memory management in games.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mobile game development experience
• Experience in Dependency Injection
• Experience with shaders and responsive UI layouts.
• GIT knowledge
• Familiarity with SCRUM
• Shipped game(s) before or experience in game development companies
