Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Designer with a proven track record in off-
plan real estate marketing. You will play a vital role in developing and executing visually
stunning and effective marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales for our off-plan projects.
This role requires a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, particularly within
the real estate sector, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling visual
content. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital marketing asset creation, from
concept to execution and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Content and Visual Creation: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials for off-plan
properties, including:
Brochures, flyers, and other print collateral
Digital advertisements (static and animated)
Website banners and graphics
Email marketing templates (HTML experience highly desirable)
Social media graphics and videos
Landing page designs
Digital Marketing Execution:
Setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and
Google Ads.
Optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.
A/B testing ad creatives and targeting parameters.
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
improvement.
Landing Page Development: Design and develop effective landing pages optimized for
conversions, including mobile responsiveness.
Email Marketing: Create visually appealing and engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture
leads and promote off-plan projects, including segmentation and automation.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Better Homes' brand guidelines
and maintain a consistent visual identity.
WhatsApp Marketing: Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing strategies to engage with
potential clients, share property information, and drive inquiries. This includes creating engaging
content, managing broadcasts, and optimizing campaigns.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital design and real estate
marketing, particularly within the off-plan sector, and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders to
understand project requirements and marketing objectives.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to deadlines, and proactively communicating progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital design, with a demonstrable strong focus on off-
plan real estate marketing.
Portfolio showcasing a range of successful off-plan marketing campaigns, including quantifiable
results where possible.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with
certifications preferred.
Knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Canva, Unbounce, Leadpages) and email marketing
platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact), including automation features.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and user experience
(UX) best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
