Product Designer - Hybrid working

We’re seeking an experienced Product Designer to join one of the leading UK Fintechs, where innovation meets digital design. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to work within cross-functional teams, providing strategic design thinking and solutions for cutting-edge digital projects in the Fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, ideation, and development of new products.
• Create journey maps, UX wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes to solve customer challenges.
• Manage and facilitate ideation workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to create customer-centric designs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in customer-focused design, with expertise in native mobile designs.
• Ability to thrive in Agile, fast-paced, and data-driven environments.
• Prior experience designing for tech or media companies with a focus on consumer products.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location & Working Arrangements: This role is based in the UK, and all working days must be carried out within the UK. Our client supports hybrid working and flexible hours to ensure a productive and balanced work environment.
