  • Role: Gathering business requirements, translating to technical scope, leading scrum teams.
  • Daily Tasks: Leading JADs, documenting business requirements, developing business analysis documentation, leading business process improvement recommendations, managing stakeholder expectations, providing status reports and management briefings.
  • Additional Responsibilities: On-call support during off hours, holidays and weekends, developing code based on business requirements, standardizing collection and storage of shared data.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Must adhere to Department data security procedures and policies.
