Job Summary:

We are seeking a Power BI Developer who is proficient in both Arabic and English, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and report creation, and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. As a bilingual professional, you will work with Arabic-speaking stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of various Arabic-speaking business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and understand reporting requirements and data needs, ensuring clear communication in Arabic.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights by designing interactive visualizations and reports using Power BI.
• Build and maintain data models and optimize Power BI performance.
• Connect to a variety of data sources, including databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.), cloud-based systems, and Excel files.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation using Power Query and DAX.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data displayed in Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to Arabic-speaking business users on how to effectively use Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards in both Arabic and English contexts.
• Work with ETL tools and processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Monitor the performance of Power BI reports and optimize them for fast query processing.
• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver integrated BI solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (10 years) in Power BI development, data analysis, and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
• Experience in connecting Power BI to various data sources, such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star/snowflake schemas, data normalization, and relationships.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
• Experience with performance tuning in Power BI for complex reports and large datasets.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) and English is essential for clear communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Arabic and English.
• Experience with Power BI Premium, Power BI Embedded, and/or Power BI Report Server.
• Knowledge of Azure services like Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies.
