Senior Project manager

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP), track project progress, and take corrective actions when needed.
Set up and improve Scrum ceremonies and processes, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Manage metrics to assess work quality and efficiency.
Oversee and approve change requests, update project deliverables, and ensure clear communication of decisions.
Ensure proper project handover by documenting lessons learned, finalizing project activities, and obtaining necessary approvals.
Gather requirements, define project scope, and align with relevant stakeholders.
Develop, monitor, and control budgets, approve invoices, forecast costs, and manage overruns.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Build and motivate a skilled project team, conduct performance reviews, monitor team satisfaction, and resolve conflicts.
Ensure all team members have valid IDP/PDP and track their implementation.
Manage compensation, salary reviews, and approvals in collaboration with DM/DD/PgM.

Required Experience and Skills:

4+ years of experience as Project Manager in IT service business is a must
Experience managing at least 20 subordinates across multiple projects or 30+ subordinates within a single project.
Experience in engagement and pre-sales activities is a must
Proven experience of starting projects from scratch and establishing all necessary processes
Experience managing solution-based, fixed-scope, and fixed-price projects.
Proven expertise in project cost management.
Expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies, such as: Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, Scrum of Scrums.
English - Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian - fluent
Certifications: PMP Scrum, SAFe LeSS, Kanban -would be beneficial
Strong proficiency in JIRA, including workflow configuration, issue tracking, and reporting
Leadership skills (guiding, motivating, and directing teams through trust and collaboration).
Critical thinking and prioritization of essential project aspects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
