Mid Web Developer - 6 Month Contract

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Web Developer who wants and to work within an established creative agency.    National clients, you’ll be working on a lot of quick turn around and high volume projects across the course of a week. There are fixed deadlines for these projects, you’ll be using your organisational skills to keep everything moving smoothly. You’ll be working closely with the Web Department Manager, there will be a good  onboarding with their internal systems and processes and then you’ll be given a lot of autonomy to get the jobs done.    You will be responsible for developing eDMs, web builds, and assist the Web Manager on daily tasks and updates.    What are we looking for here:

• Solid skills in WordPress
• Experience in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript and PHP
• Excellent eye for detail and structure
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other interface design tools such as Figma would be ideal
• Experience building custom landing pages with the help of wireframes
• Test & troubleshoot web functionalities and implement practical solutions
• Mobile & tablet website optimisation
