Data Scientist/ Gen AI Lead

Key accountabilities of the role:

Gen AI Lead / Data Scientist (Overall good experience and 2+ in GenAI or 5+ yrs in Analytics/ML) –

1. AI Model Development:

·      Design and develop generative AI models for various applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automated content generation.

·      Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems for Institutional Banking use cases

1. Data Management and Preprocessing:

·      Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

·      Preprocess and clean large datasets for training and evaluation of AI models.

1. Integration and Deployment:

·      Integrate AI solutions into the bank's existing data infrastructure and business processes.

·      Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·      Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.

1. Financial services domain experience

Inherent requirements of the role/ Mandatory/Essential Skills and Experience

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

·      Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

·      Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

·      Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Snowflake AI Data Cloud
