QBCC is seeking a strategic Manager, Human Resource Advisory to lead our HR Business Partners, HR Advisory, and Recruitment teams. In this key role, you’ll provide expert, high-level HR advice, coaching, and support to drive business outcomes and organisational success. Working closely with the Deputy Chief HR Officer and broader management teams, you’ll influence the development of HR strategies that align with business goals, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver evidence-based solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping change, mitigating risk, and building leadership capability across the Commission.
This role is designed to lead the HR Advisory function across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to departure. You'll drive performance management, resolve workplace conflicts, shape policy, guide leadership, and lead strategic HR initiatives to improve employee experiences. You'll manage complex industrial relations matters, provide data-driven solutions, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.
