Job Description:

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or IT risk.
• Hands-on experience with SNOW, Archer, Sysdig, Splunk, Azure Security.
• Strong stakeholder management and audit compliance expertise.

Job Details:

• The Onsite Coordinator will lead vulnerability management, ensuring E8 compliance, risk reduction, and remediation across Coles’ IT environment. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), this role will drive security efforts, coordinate with vendors, and oversee risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Remediation: Track, prioritize, and resolve critical & high vulnerabilities within SLA (30 days).
• Risk Management: Maintain the risk register, manage expiring risk approvals, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Azure Security: Monitor and address Azure Cloud vulnerabilities; develop remediation playbooks.
• Compliance & Audits: Support Essential 8 (E8) security controls, including MFA, PAM onboarding (CyberArk), and patching.
• Reporting & Governance: Publish weekly/monthly vulnerability reports, track reduction targets, and collaborate with stakeholders.
