What can you expect?

A role in which you provide end-users the needed IT-support. You’re the first point of contact for hardware and software issues and follow up on their questions and issues. Besides that, you support on a variety of tasks:

• Documenting issues and solutions
• Managing IT assets and stock
• Installing, configuring and maintaining PC’s and mobile devices
• Contributing to testing and system quality compliance
• Maintaining contacts with external partners when needed
  
  

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a colleague with strong communication skills, a customer service mindset and the willingness to learn everything about new technologies and skills. Besides that, good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, iOS, Android is required.

Education:

A formal education in the field of information technology, computer science, engineering or science is preferred.

Experience:

At least 5 years IT onsite support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life science industries.

Languages:

You speak fluent Dutch and English.

Expertise:

• Strong quality and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and solve problems based on guidelines and experience.
• Knowledge of Windows shell scripting is a plus
• Experience in Office 365, Excel macro, Sharepoint, Active Directory is a plus
