Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Web Designer to craft high-quality, user-centric web experiences that drive engagement and business growth.

  • You will be responsible for designing visually stunning and conversion-optimized websites while ensuring brand consistency and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality web projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to create designs that enhance conversions and maximize engagement.
  • Develop visual frameworks, UI components, and strategic design elements that elevate user experience and support key performance metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all website touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive and engaging digital experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, design tools, and web technologies to implement best practices in responsive and mobile-first design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital/web design with a strong portfolio showcasing web-based projects.
  • modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • responsive design, UX/UI principles, and mobile-first strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
