Join our awesome People team of four as a People Specialist! We are looking for someone who wants to build up our Learning and Development initiatives while supporting a wide range of people-related functions. In this role, you'll design and launch training programs, support a culture of continuous learning, and work closely with our People team and team leads to improve the overall employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to create things from scratch and make a real impact.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, implement, and oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and performance
  • Develop and manage employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration process
  • Establish, refine, and optimize processes that support employee development and career growth
  • Assist in the creation and management of a competency model and develop training programs based on the insights gained
  • Provide support throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and related activities
  • Contribute to various HR projects, offering strategic and operational assistance as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid background in HR with exposure to learning and development processes
  • Experience across various stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Previous experience working in a scaling company
  • Familiarity with the needs of technical teams and how to support their growth and engagement
  • Ability to build and scale employee related processes to support a rapid growth of the company
