React Native Developer Start-Up Equity Fully Remote Full Stack

They are hiring two in-house Software Engineers (Senior / Mid-level they are flexible). If your colleagues would describe you as a top performer who’s smart, talented, and passionate about technology and problem-solving, then you could be the perfect fit!

Ideally Full Stack Developers (50% Backend, 25% React, 25% React Native) however, each role may lean more toward front-end or back-end development depending on how your skill sets complement each other.

Working hours, Monday to Friday 11am – 7pm Irish time

Minimum of 4-6 years experience in the below skills, coupled with an AI-first mindset and experience integrating AI into products. You want to leverage AI to optimize both internal development processes and user experiences. You MUST demonstrate previous experience building scalable, flexible, performant, resilient, and secure software systems /platforms.

React Native – Must have recent experience building an app from scratch or modifying an existing one. You should have worked with business requirements, adapted the app to meet those needs, added modules, and developed significant user features.

React – Must have hands-on experience developing applications, building components, and managing state efficiently in a production environment.

Javascript - proven experience building production applications.

Node - the ability to write basic Node applications that interface with a database, craft API responses, and encapsulate basic business logic. React experience is a must, but Node skills can be upskilled after joining if you have limited experience

Integrations – Strong ability to read and understand third-party documentation, design solutions, and build and integrate APIs.

Cloud (Any cloud exp is transferable)

Azure - Experience with Cosmos DB for database management, Azure Front Door as a proxy, Azure Function Apps for services and API layers, and Azure Event Grid for event-driven architecture.

Any cloud experience is transferable. For example, you can use NoSQL/MongoDB instead of Cosmos, or Lambda (Serverless) instead of Azure Functions.

Knowledge of / experience of using Event-driven architecture (EDA)
