Your Role

As a Product Owner, you'll be crucial in driving our product strategy and ensuring customer success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining product vision: Aligning product goals with company objectives and market trends
• Conducting market research: Identifying customer needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities
• Prioritizing features: Balancing customer demands with business goals and technical feasibility
• Collaborating with stakeholders: Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Measuring and analyzing product performance: Using data to inform decision-making and optimize product features
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for innovation
• Proficiency in English and Latvian
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with fleet management or the transportation industry
• Knowledge of UX/UI design and user research
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques
