Salesforce Business analyst

What will you do:

Lead business requirements gathering, definition, and clarification to optimize processes and implement new functionality.

Conduct solution demonstrations for stakeholders, including system walkthroughs and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), as well as internal training sessions.

Create user stories and contribute to workload estimation.

Develop user documentation and internal process guidelines.

Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and thoroughly tested.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivery of user-friendly and effective solutions.

What we expect:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.

At least 5 years of experience in business solution analysis and development (including roles such as developer or project manager), and working with platforms like Salesforce or other CRM/ERP solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile methodology, particularly Scrum team working principles.

Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage processes effectively.

Ability to work independently.

Experience with UML and ticketing tools.

Desired qualifications:

Salesforce certifications, such as Business Analyst or Administrator.

Experience with additional Salesforce like Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Analytics.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, such as ERP solutions.

Basic knowledge of Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience working with Salesforce in the Finance or Telecommunications (Telco) industry.
