Data Analyst (Junior)

What You Will Do

Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
Integrate various data sources into Power BI and develop robust data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data processing.
Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively use PowerBI reports and dashboards.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, understand their data needs, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
Work with data extraction manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, SSIS and other data engineering tools.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices, and propose improvements to current reporting processes and tools.

What We Expect From You

Proven experience in Power BI development.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
Knowledge of a Microsoft SSIS and Azure data engineering tools
Experience with R, Python is a plus.
Ability to work effectively within a team and solo.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Fluent in English (At least B2 level) and Lithuanian.
