Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Management Manager, your will :

  • Manage and nurture relationships with Corporate and VIP customers across Europe.
  • Support the customer onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration, particularly for corporate clients.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks related to customer account management and support.
  • Assist the Head of Business and Customer Operations in organizing and streamlining team activities.
  • Analyze and improve internal procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to support regulatory and financial projects.
  • Plan and execute projects related to business operations and customer experience.
  • Draft and contribute to social media posts and articles to enhance brand visibility.

Your Profile

As a Customer Relationship Management Manager, your profile is described as follows:

  • Experience working (minimum 5 years) with high-profile clients and corporate accounts.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in writing procedures and improving operational workflows.
  • A disciplined team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a financial institution is an advantage.
  • A genuine interest or background in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
