An innovative company in the digital assets sector is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its Business & Customer Operations team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Corporate and VIP clients.
- Support the Head of Operations in team organization.
- Improve efficiency of internal procedures and processes.
- Assist with client onboarding, with a special focus on Corporate clients.
- Oversee operational tasks related to European customers.
- Work closely with Compliance and Finance teams on various projects.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of operational projects.
- Assist in drafting social media posts and articles.
Profile Sought:
- Education: University degree (Bachelor minimum).
- Experience:
- Experience managing client relationships with corporate and VIP profiles.
- Experience in writing and improving procedures.
- Experience in a financial institution is a plus.
- Understanding of the crypto-assets sector and blockchain is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English and French.
- German is a plus.
