Actuary

We are looking for an Actuary with Life insurance knowledge and passion for programming Life insurance processes to become a valued member of our team. We are offering you the opportunity to achieve your professional goals.

Once you’re here, you will:

• Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business requirements to effectively support the implementation and development of our insurance software.
• Have an important role in designing new features for policy management related processes and implementing them.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Developers, and Technical Team Leads to drive innovation and improvement.

Who are we looking for?

Experts eager to analyze, improve, and develop new or existing business processes using best practices and modern tools.

If you have some of the following skills and features, we will be happy to receive your application:

• 2+ years of experience working in the subject areas in Life insurance/actuarial fields.
• Knowledge of Matlab, Python, JavaScript (preferred) or any other programming language.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (Solvency II, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Understanding the technical effects of policy amendments.
• Attention to details, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage information in a structured manner that enables you to get the whole picture of the problem.
• Proficient in English.

The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements:

• BS in Mathematical or Physical sciences or related fields.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
