Your role
Are you interested in solution management support and administration? Do you like to continuously improve processes? For this role we offer fixed term contract for 18 months for someone like that to:

• work with senior managers to support in sub-projects
• support product managers and solution owners in managing their solutions
• optimize and run KPI usage reporting for Client Advisor relevant solutions
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Front Office & Remote Solutions team in our Wroclaw office (remote work possible). The FRS team is responsible for the product management of the Client Advisor Workbenches for all Private Clients, Corporate Clients, Call Agents and Intermediaries with a focus on Booking Center Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and Italy. As a Project Officer you will support our product managers and solution owners in administrating and further developing their solutions and journeys in a agile environment.

Your expertise

• a bachelor’s degree (preferably master's degree) with focus on Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• 3+ years of previous experience in a project or product management environment
• analytical skills ability to process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• preferably experience with Agile working
• a distinct service orientation and good interpersonal skills across seniority levels and be considered as a trusted business partner
• excellent MS Office skills, especially profound MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• German speaking and writing is a plus (not mandatory)
• interested in the development of efficient project management related processes
• proactive personality able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
