We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our PowerView™ Asset Management Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and positioning our platform as the preferred solution for renewable energy asset management and optimization.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development and sales within the renewable energy sector, with expertise in solar PV, wind, battery energy storage systems, or hybrid energy solutions. A deep understanding of digitalization, data-driven operations, and energy trading will be essential in effectively communicating the platform's value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Lead the growth strategy for our PowerView™ platform, driving market adoption among Independent Power Producers (IPPs), asset managers and large-scale renewable energy operators.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, identifying and engaging potential customers while managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning our platform as a value-adding solution.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure client needs are met, providing input on platform development based on market demands.
- Drive new sales and revenue growth, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities across target markets.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years total relevant sales experience of software solution within the target market segment
- Strong track record of identifying and closing sales opportunities
- Understanding and ability to navigate in complex sales processes
- Deep understanding of the market domain and core product and market category (Asset management solutions for solar PV), but also adjacent asset categories (wind, battery, hydro power, Power-to-X, etc)
- Client focus, empathic, understand the client’s needs and the client value of TGS Prediktor’s offerings
- Extensive network within target market; i.e. independent power producers, O&M and asset management service providers, EPCs
- Preferably technical knowledge within the product category.
- Ability to communicate on all levels in client’s organization with technical experts and & C-level at client.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Location: Europe Central/East/UK
- Travels will be required as necessary to sufficiently follow up on prospects, 30% travel time should be expected.
