Product Manager to Brand Metrics

THE TEAM
We’re a growing team, primarily working on-site but also embracing a hybrid work model. Our focus is on delivering results and continuously improving the product, with an ambition to integrate cutting-edge technology.
You will work closely with Johanna, our Chief Product Officer (CPO), and be part of the talented product management team. The team consists of three product managers and works across multiple products. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on both the product and the customer experience, contributing to the growth and success of Brand Metrics.
THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Brand Metrics, you will take a central role in driving product development and ensuring that our product is valuable for our customers and that it meets future market requests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve shaping the product strategy, improving processes, and overseeing the execution of product plans. A special focus of yours will be to take responsibility of the research/statistical methodology that’s at the core of our product.
You will be expected to take ownership of various projects, working independently to manage the product backlog, and improve the product's usability. Your role will also require close collaboration with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure the product is accepted by the market players, cover as many use cases as possible yet in a scalable way.
Given our current growth momentum, you’ll need to prioritize effectively and focus on delivering results. Your problem-solving skills will be essential, as you’ll often need to dive deep into challenging issues and provide solutions that directly impact our product and business growth. While you’ll be working within a supportive team, much of your work will require you to be self-reliant and proactive in finding answers and driving progress.
In short, you will play a vital role in helping us scale our product, improve customer satisfaction, and drive long-term success for Brand Metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of two years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to research methods, statistics, or market analysis.
- Familiarity with algorithms, data analysis, and how to apply these in a practical context to improve product performance.
- The ability to dig deep into problems, ask the right questions, and find effective solutions, even when working with complex, technical issues.
- A structured approach to work, with the ability to improve and refine processes to support business goals.
- The ability to thrive in a scale-up environment where focus and prioritization are crucial for success.
