The Role

We are looking for candidate who are passionate about web development and AI-driven applications to join our team as Junior Software Developers. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in building and deploying web applications that integrate Generative AI models. You will work with modern front-end and back-end technologies, collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists, and have the opportunity to analyze real-world data to improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities

Primary role in developing and coding software application features using best practices.
Assist in designing and developing end-to-end web applications that leverage Generative AI models.
Front-end Development: Build and maintain user-friendly web interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Back-end Development: Develop APIs and back-end services using Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks to support AI-powered features.
AI Integration: Work with AI engineers to integrate Generative AI models into applications, ensuring smooth user interactions.
Database Management: Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Testing & Debugging: Write and execute automated tests to ensure application stability and troubleshoot issues when needed.
Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with mentors, AI engineers, and IT teams to gain practical experience in real-world projects.
Demonstrate creative problem solving and analytical skills
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest web development and AI technologies

Preferred Experience

Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Basic understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Interest in AI and Machine Learning, with a willingness to learn how to integrate AI models into applications.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize web applications.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn and collaborate.
Internship or project experience in web development, AI integration, or cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working on academic AI/ML projects or knowledge of AI frameworks like LangChain

Academic Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
