Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data

We're seeking an exceptional leader with extensive experience in AI and Data Science to head our clients Artificial Intelligence division. As the Head of Artificial Intelligence, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our AI strategy, driving innovation, and leading a team of talented AI engineers and scientists. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve and make a significant impact in the industry.

1. Develop and Execute AI Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute our AI vision, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
2. Lead Data Science and ML Team: Manage and mentor a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
3. Build and Develop Models: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to drive business value.
4. Drive Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Data Science and Machine Learning, identifying opportunities to apply new techniques and technologies to drive business value.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum impact.
6. Communicate AI Vision and Results: Effectively communicate our AI strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organization.

Requirements:

1. Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Experience: 12+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role.
3. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
4. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
5. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
6. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to drive strategic decision-making and measure ROI.

Desired Experience:

1. Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks.
2. Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
3. Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling techniques such as feature engineering, data normalization, and data transformation.
