Founding Fullstack Engineer

Work with a YCombinator backed startup that is building a unified, AI-driven financial platform helping other startups and next-gen businesses to scale smarter.

Though they are VC backed they haven't had to touch a penny of their VC's money as they've been profitable since day one. Currently achieving $4M ARR you'll join a company that get's results, makes an impact and has low bureaucracy. This means you'll be able to work autonomously and make your own decisions in this role not just executing on specifications.

What they're looking for:

Experience: 3+ years of fullstack experience at an early-stage startup

Technical Skills: Full-stack (backend-heavy) with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, GCP

Autonomy: Can own product features end-to-end with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment

Mindset: Highly motivated, ambitious, thrives in a startup culture with long hours

Nice-to-Haves: Founding Engineer experience, FinTech/AI/LLM background, experience with international teams

Location: Founders in NYC, but this role is fully remote
