Cyber Security Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Servicenow Secops AlertLogic SIEM Arcsight and IBM Qradar. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organizations digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our security systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze security events using Servicenow Secops AlertLogic SIEM Arcsight and IBM Qradar.
Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
Develop and implement security measures to protect the organizations digital assets.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security protocols are followed.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
Provide recommendations for improving security posture based on analysis and findings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cyber security threats and trends.
Create and maintain documentation related to security policies procedures and incidents.
Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in security audits and assessments.
Support the continuous improvement of security operations and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications

Must have experience with Servicenow Secops AlertLogic SIEM Arcsight and IBM Qradar.
Should have a strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should have experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Should have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Should have experience in creating and maintaining security documentation.
Must be able to provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Must be able to develop and implement effective security measures.
