We’re looking for a DREX Business Development Manager to help drive adoption and growth in the Brazilian market.

Are you passionate about digital assets, blockchain, and the future of finance? Do you have experience in business development and a strong understanding of Brazil's evolving financial ecosystem? We’re looking for a DREX Business Development Manager to help drive adoption and growth in the Brazilian market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for DREX (Digital Real) solutions in Brazil.
- Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate partners.
- Identify business opportunities and drive partnerships to expand adoption.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
- Strong knowledge of Brazil’s financial sector, including DREX, open banking, and digital payments.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and engage with key stakeholders.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus!).
