Senior Project Manager - Project Management for Product Lifecycle Projects

• We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be a reference in a Product Lifecycle Project in partnership with Birlasoft in a very important client in Brazil.

Main requirements:

• Experience in complex projects of high relevance, desirable to have some experience in shipbuilding or similar, following the life cycle of product.
• Previous experience in leading highly complex projects, i.e. many companies and partners involved with different scopes and technical profiles.
• Expertise in managing projects alongside the client’s team.
• Extensive experience in Creation and definition of Schedules, Status Report Management, Risks and Compliance, Cutover plans, Documentation validation throughout the project life cycle
• Leadership, management and integration between development and project groups in interface and synchronicity with the client's end users to work on GAP lists
• Play the leadership role with excellence to ensure the success of the project with the client and partners involved
• Experience in transition and control processes, in accordance with regulatory agencies, councils and inspections, aiming to avoid penalties and fines

Relevant details:

• The work modality will be In-Person (full time) for the first 2 to 3 months at the client's location in Santa Catarina (Brazil - with expenses paid), becoming a hybrid model according to the level of maturity of deliveries, confidence and performance demonstrated during the course of the project.
• Full availability to work in person at the client's office in Santa Catarina/Brazil
• Advanced/Fluent English is essential (for constant contact with Global teams)
• Project planned for 2 to 3 years (initial expected time)
