We are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager, who will manage complex, high-stakes projects, coordinating cross-department collaboration to ensure that every phase - from planning and execution to risk management and stakeholder engagement is executed with precision.

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager, who will manage complex, high-stakes projects, coordinating cross-department collaboration to ensure that every phase - from planning and execution to risk management and stakeholder engagement is executed with precision.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies
- Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely execution
- Overseeing project life cycles from initiation to completion
- Facilitating horizontal cooperation among internal teams to align project goals
- Engaging and negotiating with external stakeholders to meet project objectives
- Leading cash flow renewal and project budgeting
- Providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress
- At least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in technical project execution
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software domains
- Proficiency in MS Project, YouTrack or any other project management software
- Initiative-driven, analytical, and systematic approach in problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Readiness for deployments abroad
- Knowledge of russian or Ukrainian
- PMP/Prince2 or other relevant qualifications
