We are looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager, who will manage complex, high-stakes projects, coordinating cross-department collaboration to ensure that every phase - from planning and execution to risk management and stakeholder engagement is executed with precision.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies
• Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely execution
• Overseeing project life cycles from initiation to completion
• Facilitating horizontal cooperation among internal teams to align project goals
• Engaging and negotiating with external stakeholders to meet project objectives
• Leading cash flow renewal and project budgeting
• Providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in technical project execution
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software domains
• Proficiency in MS Project, YouTrack or any other project management software
• Initiative-driven, analytical, and systematic approach in problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Readiness for deployments abroad
• Knowledge of russian or Ukrainian
