At Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives we are searching for a Technical Product Owner in our Web Tools team in Helsinki. In this role you will own the technical development of our tools based on a yearly roadmap. You will plan releases and sprints, set the priorities and technical specifications in collaboration with designers, developers, testers.
Job Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you hold a Master´s degree in computer science, engineering or another relevant field and have experience as a lead developer or technical product owner with excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.

At Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives we are searching for a Technical Product Owner in our Web Tools team in Helsinki. In this role you will own the technical development of our tools based on a yearly roadmap. You will plan releases and sprints, set the priorities and technical specifications in collaboration with designers, developers, testers.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical development within our Web Tools team and accountable for team delivery
- Technical ownership of our product and lead of the technical product development
- Act as the glue between the Chief Product Owner (CPO) and the technical side of the product towards development teams, taking the business requirements and working with the team to translate them into technical requirements
- Support of the CPO in the overall product prioritization & planning as well as in the definition of platform needs
- Create and maintain the development plan for the product with the architect and development teams
- Prioritize the relevant items in the backlog to best archive goals and missions and hosts sprint planning sessions
- Ensure that the Product Team understands items in the Product Backlog and the priorities, act as a mentor and help the team with hands-on development and testing tasks

Additionally, We Are Looking For
- Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ TypeScript, Angular, backend technologies like Node.js, Python)
- Knowledge of API design and integration as well as Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure Cloud) and related services
- Experience with security best practices for web applications
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers)
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban) as well as product backlog management and prioritization
- Structured way of working and strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
