Get ready to

• Architect and design solutions in Marketing, AI, Sales, Payments, and Commerce
• Identify and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient solutions
• Analyze and model solution designs, leading their integration across multiple functional areas
• Design and plan the transition from the current IT state to the target IT state
• Guide agile teams in designing end-to-end integration architectures that drive value
• Develop area roadmaps and ensure solutions align with our long-term strategy
• Promote best practices and champion innovative solutions across Kilo Health
  
  

We expect you to

• Have hands-on experience in IT architecture or software development
• Be skilled in documenting and modeling IT solutions
• Understand DevOps, Agile methodologies, and frameworks
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Have the ability to manage complex environments and proactively tackle challenges
• Be able to clearly articulate architectural solutions, guidelines, and recommendations
• Have experience working with large-scale IT systems
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Have experience leading as a Solution Architect

• Strong knowledge of modern IT architecture and development trends
• Experience designing or building solutions that support multiple business industries
• A solid understanding of IT in a marketing and commerce-driven business context
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 5800 - 7600 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
