We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Manager with previous successful experience in games.

• Genres: Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

• Operational management of campaigns on Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Bigo Ads, Pinterest, VK);
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns with data and metrics and optimizing accordingly (internal services, Google Sheets, etc.);
• Close collaboration with RnD and creative teams;
• Interact with network partners to build fruitful and long-term relationships;
• Test new networks and prepare them for launch;
• Keeping up to date on the latest UA strategies and technologies and assisting in improving solution offerings.

• 2+years of UA experience in gamedev (experience with Paid Social network must have);
• Experience of working with IAA monetization games;
• Confident knowledge of the funnel and performance indicators in UA;
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with statistics;
• English B1+;
• Proactivity and initiative.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Ironsource, Google, Liftoff, Moloco, Offerwalls/Rewarded networks.
