Lead Software Engineer (Remote – Europe)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading Development Efforts – Oversee the engineering team, guiding them through the full software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the direction of our technology and product development.

• Collaborating with Product Managers – Work closely with Product Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions. You’ll help estimate workloads, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth execution of projects that align with company goals.

• Writing High-Quality Code – Actively contribute to development by writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. You’ll enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation while ensuring performance and security are top priorities.

• Driving Innovation – Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually push the boundaries of what’s possible. Your insights will help drive forward-thinking solutions that enhance user experiences and system efficiency.

• Mentoring and Supporting the Team – Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth to help each developer reach their full potential.

• Ensuring Best Practices – Implement and maintain high standards for development processes, including version control, code reviews, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and company objectives.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in PHP & Laravel – Strong experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel, with a deep understanding of modern PHP principles and frameworks.

• Proficiency in FilamentPHP – Hands-on experience with FilamentPHP to build dynamic, data-driven applications with an intuitive user experience.

• Frontend & Full-Stack Development – Good experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js, allowing you to contribute effectively to both backend and frontend development.

• Leadership & Communication Skills – A proven ability to lead development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate complex technical ideas effectively.

How You’ll Work:

• Full-Time & Remote – This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe while collaborating with a distributed team.

• Monday to Friday (40 Hours Per Week) – Maintain a structured and predictable work schedule with a strong work-life balance.
