Senior UI/UX Designer

Project Description:

• The goal of platform we build is to create an automated end-to-end solution to facilitate Exam Management Cycles for the Regulatory Authorities and assessment activities across the three lines of defense.
• This application is used to automate Document and Data retrieval. It also provides ability to view documents that are auto retrieved as well as to request documents through automatic generation of email requests.
• This solution will allow to have one workspace to work for both roles as Maker and Checker, auto retrieve of documents and data, and build automatic storage of all documents collected for an Exam/Cycle into the document storage.
• The system is targeting to shorten the timeline for source document and data collection, automates documents and structured data collection, reduce manual work and overall time spent on examination management activities.
• Team consists of Dev, BA, QA, Tram Lead, and is supported by dedicated DevOps group. We use agile methodologies on a team level (Scrum, Kanban).
• Key project technology stack: Kotlin, Java, Reactor, React, Typescript, Playwright.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day work with client's stakeholder to gather requirements for user interfaces;
• Execute all interface design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Prototype and test different solutions with relevant stakeholders and incorporate insights into new iterations of the designs
• Produce apropriate UX Artifacts (such as user and business flows, information architecture, journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes)
• Collaborate with distributed development teams to see and ensure your work come to life.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 3+ years of experience with a solid understanding of Design Thinking Processes and Lean Methodologies
• Strong analytical background;
• Ability to deliver high-fidelity interactive prototypes and test interface and business logic iteratively with Axure/Invison/Marvel etc.
• Ability to document your interface design solution properly for a hand-off to development team
• Experience working with a distributed development team; Experience working with other designers in conjunction;
• Experience with B2B solutions;
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and technical background will be a strong plus;
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Deep understanding of business processes in the financial domain;
• Able to work with multiple projects in parallel;
