My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development of large-scale BESS and PV projects, from initial feasibility studies to project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Tasks:

• Lead the development of utility-scale BESS and PV projects, including site assessment, feasibility studies, and permitting processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to prepare project proposals and secure financing.
• Identify and engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and contractors.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for new projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in renewable energy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project development for BESS and PV systems, preferably in a utility-scale context.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, grid connection processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Project management experience, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
