HR Specialist

We are looking for a positive, people-oriented person to join our HR team 😊

This is a full-time, office-based position (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00) located in Warsaw, Bielany. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term. Ideally, you have some experience in HR or recruitment in a small/mid-sized company.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruiting in-house employees (e.g., active candidate search, creating and publishing job ads, screening candidates).
• Preparing and coordinating contracts for new hires (both vendors and in-house employees)
• Maintaining and updating the internal employee database and archiving HR documents.
• Assisting foreign employees with formalities (e.g., obtaining PESEL, work permits, residence permits) – cooperation with external agencies.
• Initiating and participating in Employer Branding projects.
• Planning and coordinating company events and conferences.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Providing day-to-day HR support to department heads, managers, and employees.
• Managing the group health insurance package.
• Coordinating health & safety training and periodic employee health check-ups.
• Preparing annual review forms for managers.

• You have 3 years of experience in HR in a small/mid-sized company. Experience in the games or translation industry is a plus!
• You speak Polish and English fluently and feel comfortable communicating with candidates and colleagues.
• You’re great at building and maintaining relationships.
• You’re comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment.
