Business Analyst- Banking domain

This Business Analyst will proactively identify customer pain points with significant business impact, facilitate analysis to identify opportunities and analyze, visualize and deliver insights to help serve customers better. This role will partner with Domain Experts / Product Managers, Technical and Business Leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and insights, identify areas of improvement and document solutions.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

5+ Years’ of experience working as a Business Analyst

Work experience with Agile team will be added advantage.

PMP, Prince 2, TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, IIBA, CBAP, Agile certified etc.… is an added value.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Experience working as a Business Analyst responsible for business change / transformation initiatives. Knowledge around the banking and finance domain preferred.

Good in Communication, Documentation, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.

Work Experience in UML, Data Flow Modeling, BPMN, MS Visio, MS Project, AND/OR Any Visualizing Tools etc.… Technical skills in Programming .NET, JAVA, PHP, SQL, ORACLE etc.… will be an added advantage.
