About the Role

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Solution Sales Consultant with a passion for modernizing and selling custom application services. This role focuses on building, modernizing, and running cloud-native applications for enterprise clients. You will work closely with senior decision-makers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored digital solutions that drive value and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive solution sales for custom-built applications, helping clients modernize their digital architecture.
• Identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Engage with key accounts and technology architect groups to expand relationships and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, architects, and consulting teams to refine service offerings.
• Lead pre-sales discussions, proposal development, and solution presentations.

What your experience looks like:

• Technical or commercial background with a strong understanding of software solutions.
• Experience in consulting, architecture, or software development and a desire to transition into sales.
• Proven ability to sell and run custom software applications.
• Understanding of cloud-native applications, application modernization, DevOps, and microservices.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (VPs, CXOs) and drive business transformation discussions.
• Strong consultative sales skills, able to analyze client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Comfortable working in both independent roles and collaborative team environments.
