Growth Analytics Specialist - Marketing Solutions, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid solutions and performance marketing to drive growth for Shopee sellers.

Our team is in-charge of growing the different marketing channels that sellers can use to increase their shop’s awareness and convert users to buyers. We are in-charge of all ads-related solutions which cover onsite and offsite ads. We partner with several major social media platforms to offer the best solution to the seller to reach their business goals.

Job Description:

• Identify challenges and growth opportunities through data analysis, maintain an in-depth view of overall business performance
• Participate in annual, quarterly, and monthly key performance metrics setting, adjusting, and reporting
• Regular monitoring of competitor performance and solutions and devising growth initiatives based on market best practices
• Partner with the Marketing Analytics and Solution / Client Partner teams to refine existing data analytics tools and innovate new ones
• Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to support on strategic projects

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Prior internship or full-time experience in internet, consulting or relevant industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with structured approach, paired with high attention to detail
• Proficient Excel / Google sheets and data modeling skills, knowledge of Ads / e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexibility to adapt to new challenges and multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions conveying key metrics to senior stakeholders
