Senior Systems Analyst (Supply)

Job description: Job Purpose

Support department personnel and end users by providing detailed SAP Materials Management expertise. Maintain SAP applications, handle support requests related to SAP access, workflows, configurations, and continuous improvement; prepare standard and custom reports from all supply-related systems.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

Provide subject matter expertise in matters related to SAP and other department systems and platforms to address end user queries and to support system issue resolutions.
Function as interface between IT and Supply Departments to support department objectives.
Maintain reports and data related to SAP MM to include but not limited to access issues, Application Access Requests (AAR), and IT Change Requests (ITCRs) to ensure business continuity.
Collect and maintain business requirements related to SAP and applicable prepare business requirement documents to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and submit reports related to SAP MM and Vendor Masters to support management requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

Contribute to system related policies and procedure sustainment and updates to help maintain a controlled, efficient, and effective process.
Perform system data analysis and provide key insights to support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and improvement opportunities.
Support end user training including preparing and maintaining training documentation and conducting training if required, to support department and end user learning and development.
Provide process improvement ideas and opportunities based on experience and / or industry best practices to meet department objectives.

Profile description: Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, information technology or computer science.
