About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise covering all requirements during the Sales force program lifecycles (Discovery, Design, Development, Configuration, Testing, Quality Assurance, Go live and past Go live Support).

You would also work as a liaison with stakeholders to define requirements, customize the platform and enable users to get the most out of Salesforce.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:

• Align with cross-functional teams, including Business Teams, Customers, Design Teams and Technical Leads to work on solutions to deliver value to the customer efficiently, whilst adhering to project timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to demonstrate new product features, as well as plan product implementations, and communicate on outcomes, learnings and deviations.
• Analyze emerging trends, user feedback and market insights
• Good knowledge and understanding of functional impacts and digital application workflows
• Advocates Delivery Transformation, including Agile Methodologies, DevOps, and Product Mindset
• Collaborate with data and analytics to capture results and identify opportunities to enhance product value
