We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join an insurance client of ours. You will be responsible for delivering strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations. Working closely with business, data, and technology teams, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they achieve key objectives and performance targets.
• Leading governance and reporting efforts to maintain transparency and align with best practices.
• Partnering with stakeholders to prioritize and drive high-impact business initiatives.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Managing resource planning and allocation for seamless execution.
• Championing new solutions and ensuring a smooth transition during implementation.
• Creating clear, high-quality project documentation for effective communication and record-keeping.
• Assembling and guiding cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong track record of managing and delivering large-scale projects, with a minimum of three years experience in this.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating across various teams and leadership levels.
• A structured, proactive approach to project management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to different audiences.
• Expertise in transformation projects and outsourcing is highly desirable.
• A background in financial services is essential to be considered for this opportunity.
