Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Ubank’s everyday banking products.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Everyday Banking products, from ideation to execution, ensuring products remain functional and meet customer expectations.
• Analyse product performance, customer behavior, feedback, and trends to drive enhancements.
• Manage obligations, risks, pricing, and features to balance customer satisfaction, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for everyday banking products
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Work closely with risk, compliance, and legal teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Partner with marketing and customer lifecycle teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Leverage data analytics to track KPIs, gain insights, and inform decisions.
  
  

What you will bring

• Experience or passion for working with everyday banking products such as transactional and savings accounts, debit cards, and payment systems.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in financial services
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyse customer behaviours and market trends.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and you are comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, compliance, and analytics teams.
• The ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring products align with business goals and customer needs.
