Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions that drive business impact. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML models for business use cases, including regression, classification, and clustering.
• Implement, test, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build feature stores and pipelines.
• Lead and mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists in research and development.
• Architect ML solutions using cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Work with large-scale data processing technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Teradata.
• Communicate insights and methodologies to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, R, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with ML algorithms like SVMs, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, and Ensemble Methods.
• Proficiency in cloud-based ML deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP.
• Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in production-ready AI solutions.
