About The Role
The Human Resource Coordinator assists in the monitoring and reporting on all human and physical resources of the Prison. The Human Resource Coordinator will provide an advisory service in relation to human resource policies, procedures, award interpretation, industrial issues and other complex matters. In addition, the Human Resource Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the shift and leave rosters in order to achieve efficiency and maximise the use of resources at West Kimberly Regional Prison.
Skills
Experience in a fast-paced Human Resource (HR) / Administration Support based role with competencies in the following skills will be highly regarded:
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
